About Me
My first career was in writing software. My second career was in startups, specifically being on the founding team of Spill, a mental health startup, that I’m happy to report is still working with over 500 companies to give people free access to therapy as a work benefit.Credentials:

How I work
Therapy is about having a safe, confidential space where you can work on improving your relationship with yourself and others.I'll listen and ask clarifying questions, so that the more you help me understand you, the better you come to understand yourself. I can offer relevant insights from existential philosophy and scientific psychology, as well as my own perspective.Now and then, I might suggest something to read in your own time. We'd usually explore questions of meaning and possibility and talk about different ways of being in the world. We don't have to talk about childhood unless it's relevant. (It often is.)I favour time-limited work (life itself being time-limited.) General benchmark: 12 sessions, with a review after 6. That said, sometimes even a single session can work wonders. Something > nothing.
